Diana Souder, Founder of IMPAG HR Solutions, began her HR career as a Staffing Manager for a small recruiting firm in her hometown in New Jersey. Placing thousands of people in light industrial positions all over the state, Diana quickly learned that she had landed in an industry that matched her talents beautifully, including her ability to speak conversational Spanish.

After just a year, Diana was offered an opportunity to work in New York City for the global law firm, Goodwin Procter. At Goodwin, Diana supported dozens of esteemed attorneys with their HR needs. Her experience with Goodwin led her to our nation's capital, accepting a position with a nationally renowned REIT where she would be responsible for managing the HR programs for the residential division. It was here, at Washington REIT, that Diana fell in love with the world of real estate.

Diana has served as the head of Human Resources for the Baltimore Peninsula project for seven years. Initially hired by Sagamore Ventures in 2016 to launch the HR programs for the various venture companies, Diana transitioned into a dedicated HR leader role for the project in 2018. Diana specializes in talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, benefits and compensation, and culture.

Diana graduated from West Virginia University in 2010 with her Bachelors degree in Communications and Spanish and she also holds her PHR certificate.
